01 · Where they started

Two marketing teams. Neither worked out.

Abraham & Sons Masonry has been in the hardscape business for over 10 years, based in Fort Worth, Texas. Brick, block, stone, concrete, pavers, pergolas, patio covers, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens. A full masonry operation.

When they came to us in March 2024, they'd already been through two other marketing companies. In Ashley's words: "We weren't getting the leads that we were looking for. And overall, we weren't getting the amount of leads that we were wanting in general to scale the business to what we were looking for. So we were struggling with leads."

The leads they were getting from previous agencies were small jobs: one-day projects that only kept a couple of employees busy, not the full crew. Abraham needed bigger projects to justify scaling.

02 · Why they chose us

They talked to other contractors using our system first.

Abraham didn't sign up right away. He talked to other contractors already working with us, had multiple conversations with Henry, and watched how the system worked before pulling the trigger.

What made the difference: "A lot of it just came from other people already working with you that we knew. And then finally made the decision to join once we saw how your system worked and how automated the system was to just make our job a lot easier to just focus in on the actual business itself and not focus on lead generation or where our next lead is gonna come in from."

03 · What changed first

The type of leads changed. Then everything else followed.

Abraham on what changed fastest: "Really what was the quickest that changed was just the type of leads that we were getting. The types of leads we were getting was what we had been wanting and what we needed to scale the actual business. Because everything that we were getting before you were just one day projects for a couple of our employees, not our entire crew."

The system gave them qualified leads who wanted real hardscape projects: retaining walls, backyard remodels, patio covers, outdoor kitchens. The kind of work that keeps a full crew busy for a week, not a day.

From there, the scaling happened fast: "Ever since we've joined you, we've been able to scale our business with more employees, more vehicles, more trailers, and better clients and higher paying clients as well."

04 · The numbers

$338K in closed revenue. 430 estimates. 9 weeks booked out.

Over two years of working together, Abraham & Sons has generated 749 leads from $26,200 in ad spend. 430 of those leads booked estimates. 40 projects closed, totaling $338,000 in tracked revenue from ads. That's a 12.9x return.

But the tracked number likely understates the real impact. Abraham and Ashley also post content consistently: 5+ videos per week, project showcases, skits, scripts. Many leads come through Instagram DMs after seeing both the ads and the organic content. As Abraham put it: "Obviously we get a lot of leads from your company, but we also get leads through Instagram, through TikTok, through Facebook."

At one point they were 9 weeks booked out with work and 3 weeks booked out with just consultations. Currently they stay 1.5 to 2 weeks ahead on consultations at all times.

Abraham has given 5/5 satisfaction ratings every single month and has referred 5 other contractors to us.

05 · Where they are now

Three crews. Abraham stepped out of the field. Targeting $1M.

When Abraham started with us, he had a crew of 4 plus Ashley. Now he's running 3 crews: an in-house hardscape team, a framing subcontractor for patio covers, and he's looking to add a dedicated concrete crew.

In 2026, Abraham stepped out of the field entirely. He's managing projects, not installing them. He invested in 3 company trucks, 2 trailers, new equipment, and professional brochures for consultations. Ashley was hired full-time to manage content and social media.

His goal: hit $1M in revenue. His advice to other contractors thinking about hiring a marketing team: "Get out of your comfort zone, make the investment, trust your marketing team, give them all the tools that they need to be successful with you, and everything will play out. Let time tell everything."

"We've been through two other marketing teams that didn't work out. You just have to trust the process. The results might not be there instantly because things take time. But the results are there. You just have to trust who you're actually working with."
